Atlantic Salmon with stir fry veggies and Pasta Salad
1 kg Salmon fillets
Grind to paste and marinate with
15 cloves of garlic
1 tsp pepper corn
Salt to taste
5 green chillies (optional)
Apply this marinate to the fillets
Heat up a pan with some oil and butter
Place the salmon fillet one at a time ,skin down.
Keep it pressed using your fingers,so that the skin doesn't curl up.
Then flip gently to the other side .
Fry till done (approx 2 mins)
For the stir fry veggies
Vegetable of choice , stir fry with oil and butter, sprinkling in salt , pepper and butter.
For a very basic pasta salad
Any type of pasta ( boil and cook according to packet instructions)
Mayonnaise
Dry pasta mix herbs
Few olives
Mix all together
Basic Sauce
Stock cube
Water
Oyster sauce
Corn flour
Mix altogether and cook till sauce thickens
