Ingredients
240 grams bananas (4 bananas)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 eggs
1 tsp spice mix powder (Homemade Spice Powder Recipe)
Method:
Mash the bananas well in a bowl.
Add the eggs and mix thoroughly.
Stir in the brown sugar, spice mix powder, and milk.
Gradually add the wheat flour and mix until well combined.
Cooking the Fritters/Pancakes:
Heat a pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it slightly.
Cook until the edges turn golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until done.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
