Mince cooked with East Indian Vindaloo masala and mixed with bacon to form cutlets
Ingredients 1 { East Indian Vindaloo Masala / Indyal}
4 red kashmiri chillies
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Grind the paste with some amount of water
Ingredients 2
500 gms chicken mince
salt to taste
Method
Add little oil, once hot add in the mince Salt
and stir fry mixing in the ground Vindaloo masala.
Cook well , leaving no moisture.
Remove and allow to cool
Once cool grind to paste
Ingredients 3
3 onions finely chopped
200 gms bacon finely chopped or can use smoked chicken ham
4 green chillies finely chopped
Method
Stir fry the onions, green chillies and bacon without oil
Remove keep aside
Ingredients 4
1/4 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
1 egg
breadcrumbs
1 tsp ketchup
Method
To a bowl add the ground mince , egg, stir fried onion ,bacon mix, salt if required, 1 tbsp breadcrumbs, finely chopped coriander leaves and ketchup .
Mix well , firm into round shape cutlets
coat with breadcrumbs and shallow fry.
