Chutney Sandwiches

Chutney Sandwiches for breakfast. Green chutney an Indian spread or sauce or dip made with coriander leaves , mint leaves , green chillies and coconut. This chutney is perfect with Indian crepes , known as dosa also served with kebabs and spread on bread to make delicious sandwiches.



Ingredients 100 gms coriander leaves with stem

Few mint leaves 5 green chillies or according to taste

3/4 cup desiccated Coconut or fresh coconut Salt to taste 1 tsp sugar 1 tbsp olive oil


Method

Grind to paste the green chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, desiccated Coconut, salt and sugar.

Add some amount of water to a make a good paste

Transfer to a bowl . Add olive oil.

Spread butter on the Bread slices, add the chutney ,wrap the sandwiches in a cling film and refrigerate for an hour.

Then cut into triangular shapes.
