Pork Chops In Teriyaki Sauce Served With Stir Fried Noodles And Corn Tossed In Butter Garlic And Chilli Sauce




For the chops

6 Pork Chops (approximately 700gms)

Marinate the chops with

1 tsp chilli powder

1tsp pepper powder

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Add some amount of water along with the marinated chops , pressure cook on high for one whistle then low for 10 mins

Reserve the stock


For the sauce

3 tbsp teriyaki sauce

2 tbsp chilli sauce

12 spring onions , separate the bulbs from the greens

2 green chilli finely chopped

1/2 cup whisky

8 cloves garlic finely chopped

1 inch ginger finely chopped

 2 tbsp ketchup


Method

Heat up a pan ,add some of the reserved stock ,mix in the finely chopped garlic , ginger and green chillies and stir fry for a minute.

Then add in the spring onion bulbs and mix well.

Add the sauce , whisky and some more stock

Add in the chops and cook for another 5 to 10 mins.

Lastly sprinkle in finely chopped greens of the spring onion



Stir Fry Noodles

1tastemaker packet or soup cube

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

1 tbsp chilli sauce or according to taste

2 capsicum sliced

1and 1/2 pkt noodles

Once the noodles are done toss the noodles with the above mentioned ingredients



Corn

3 Sweet corn chopped into equal pieces

boiled

4 Dry red chilli finely cut

3 tbsp butter

1 tbsp oil

8 cloves garlic finely chopped

Add all the above mentioned ingredients to a pan.

Stir fry lightly, add the pieces of corn and toss well.
