Radish and Potato Vegetable stir fry

Easy to prepare and perfect with some rotis or Chapatis


Ingredients

500 gms small radish

Clean and wash well, chop into small pieces

300 gms radish leaves

Was well and finely chop

300 gms potatoes chopped into small pieces

2 finely chopped green chilies

8 small cloves garlic mashed

For the spices

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp garam masala powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp dry mango powder

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp lime juice

Method

Once oil is hot , saute the finely chopped green chilies and mashed cloves of garlic. Then add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook on medium flame till almost done. Add in the chopped potatoes and cook for 2 minutes, occasionally stir fry. Next the chopped radish and cook for another minute.

Once the potatoes and radish are almost done add the finely chopped leaves of the radish , mix well.

Then add the spices and salt to taste.

Cook till done. Lastly add the lime juice.
