Shark Cutlets with Green Masala

Mushi or Mori or baby shark as it is known to many, Different ways to make this fish, curry, fried fish or cutlets.
Shark cutlets is a favourite at home. So have to come up with different ways to make these cutlets tasty .
Here I have used green masala , consisting of coriander leaves and mint leaves along with other spices and coating it with semolina and rice flour.
Ingredients
3 big sharks
Cleaned washed well. And cut into right size.
Marinate with some chili powder, garam masala, pepper powder and turmeric. Salt to taste.
Shallow fry till done.. remove from the bone. Keep aside
For the masala
100 gms coriander leaves with stem
20 gms mint leaves
Grind to paste the coriander leaves and mint leaves with very little water just to get a smooth thick paste
1 tsp chili powder or according to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
3 big onions finely chopped
Method
Fry the onions lightly till translucent. Add the ground green paste and stir fry well.
Add now the chili powder, cumin , pepper, turmeric ,amchur powder and garam masala powder.
Mix well. Add next the shredded shark pieces ,ginger garlic paste and salt to taste.
Mix well.
Switch gas off. Allow to cool.
Once cool form into round shapes. Refrigerate for half hour.
Roll in rice flour and semolina.
Shallow fry on medium heat.
