Shark Fish Cutlets

Ingredients


4 sharks fish cleaned and cut to pieces.

Cooked with little water, salt till done

Drain the water and shred into pieces

Stir fry 2 big onions finely chopped and 1 spring onion

2 green chilies chopped fine

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


Method

Stir fry

Mix in 1tspChili powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 /2 tsp cumin powder 1/4 tsp pepper powder 1/4 tsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp garam masala. Chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves

A tsp of apple cider vinegar and salt to taste

Let it cool


Add 1 egg and 1 slice of bread (slightly wet the bread with water squeeze out the water)

Mix well

Form into cutlets and shallow fry.
